Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English. Work well under
pressure in a fast-paced office. Must have strong communication skills and be motivated and
determined to grow our office. We are looking for a team player who can work well with others
and independently. Maintain an excellent rapport with our field workers and build relationships
with our clients and HMO contracts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Staffing /Scheduling Caregivers with/to Assigned Patients
- Document all notes in software based system
- Calling caregivers/patients to verify attendance
- Report and document any incidents to Management
- Maintain accurate schedule data in the software based system
- Follow guidelines and compliance implemented by Best Home Care
- Motivated to resolve and manage any tasks necessary to resolve matters related to patients and/or caregivers
- Working closely with other Coordinators in the office to ensure that clients receive consistent, quality care
- Keeps schedules up to date with team member changes and communicates any changes in schedules including weekend coverage, holiday coverage and all vacation coverage;
- Demonstrates excellent customer service through telephone etiquette and timely response to emails/correspondences
- Performs other duties as needed
